"Nice hotel to stay at for rest."
Location of hotel is not too bad, 15 min walk from the station. It is not too hard to find given its big signboard. The staff was warm, friendly, and informative. Room was well furnished and comfortable. Breakfast provided offers a good mix of local and western cuisine, beyond the usual pickled vegetables and porridge, as usually offered by many Taiwanese hotels.

"Great hotel"
We stayed at a room with the view of Taipei 101 and enjoyed our stays. First off, a room is clean and spacious. And the location is very convenient. The station of two MRT lines is right in the front of the hotel, Starbucks and covinient stores are just a few steps away, and there are lots of restaurants around the hotel. Also, their business center offers complimentary drinks like coffee, espresso, varieties of tea as well as cookies and snacks. You can enjoy a cup of coffee at the outside patio right off the business center. It’s very relaxing! If I have a chance to visit Taipei again, I would stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone who look for a reasonable place to stay.

"Very convenient location, beautiful décor "
We stayed at Palais De Chine for 4 nights last week. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Situated right next to a modern shopping mall and on top of the MRT and Train station, the location of the hotel is unbeatable. The staff were very professional and helpful, and speak fluent English. The hotel has an European medieval aura but with a model twist, you can see a lot of attention was given to the décor. Though I must say the lighting, especially in the room, is a bit too dark to my liking. A couple of minor details in the room also may not be up to its 5 star standard. The wash basin is too shallow for fitting in the kettle, and water always discharge too slowly. I also feel that the design of the bath tub can be quite accident prone as the sides are too high. The wardrobe is a bit too shallow which can be a problem for Caucasians, as they usually have broader shoulders. Despite these minor points, I think overall Palais De Chine is a very nicely appointed hotel.

"Great location"
We booked this hotel due to its location and reasonable price. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by how modern the hotel is and all the amenities hotel has to offer. The space on the 2nd floor is amazing where you could do laundry, get coffee, team, bring food back to the hotel and enjoy with your family and friends. It's only a couple blocks away from the MRT and surrounded by lots of restaurants and bakery. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Taipei.

Wanli is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Wanli, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Wanli hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
