This is a large hotel with 13 floors and a huge enclosed central atrium. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The guest rooms (5th to 13th floors) are a bit small, but very clean. The hotel provided free bottle water and fresh fruits every day. The walk-in glass-enclosed shower has long-neck wand with adjustable spray. A large tub is also in the bathroom (we did not use it). Many shops with expensive merchandises and/or latest fashion clothing are found on 4 floors and the basement. The hotel also has 7 different restaurants on 4 floors and basement level, serving different cooking styles (Japan, Taiwan, Shanghai, French, Cantonese, Chinese-traditional, etc). We tried 5 of the 7, all very good. Breakfast buffets have two options: Chinese style in the atrium of the first floor, and Western style in the Champs-Élysées Cafe-Restaurant on the second floor. Both served great food. My only complaint is that the chairs in the atrium are old sofa chairs that are stained, and rather low - not very comfortable for eating from the tables. The chairs in the Cafe are perfect.
There is an outdoor pool that looks very clean, but we did not try it during our stay. Fitness room on the 4th floor also seems nice. Overall, this is a good hotel for the price and the convenience.

We book an executive room with two adults, a toddler and a baby. Surprisingly the rooms are really spacious and with lots of area to move around and putting our stuff. Very quiet room and a very classy feel to the hotel. Though the pillows are too soft, I request for firmer pillows and the hotel is is happy to accede with the request. Overall, I'm really happy with the rooms especially space and comfort is very important.

PROS: Great location, decent workout area with treadmills, good bathrooms, comfy beds, and great view (at least from our room)
CONS: Women's spa closed for remodeling, pool is in a really bad location (on ground level right next to street traffic), hallway carpet smells old
