When we arrived, we were told we had to pay an additional $15 parking fee! Then learned later that no, it wasn't for parking, it's a resort fee. I don't exactly know what that fee is for except that the place has a couple little wagons that can be used to tote things to the beach, and a few bikes. But a staff person said the fee is also because they have a fitness room and pool. Which we did not use any of that. And this place is definitely NOT a resort - it's a hotel! They call themselves a hotel! Which is appropriate, because it's a hotel, not a resort. If they have info about that $15 fee on their website, it is well-hidden. And once we were there checking in, the only way to not pay the fee was to lose what we paid for the room. What a rip-off. The room was fine. Some of the staff were fine, others not at all helpful.

The condo was infested with cockroaches, smelled badly of marijuana and was very dirty. When calling to get some sort of refund for having to leave early due to the disgusting conditions - it is impossible to speak to a manager. Have been waiting almost a month for a phone call back. Would not recommend this place.

Everything was in great shape

taking three children under 7 was a chore but staying in our own townhouse was great kids could play and be kids pond was great to walk around and my kiddos loves the pool was a great trip

Hatteras Village is my favorite destination. It is the quietest area of the island. These condo;s sit next door to the Village shopping center, the ferry, and ramp 55. Perfect for a couple. I personally highly recommend.

What a beautiful home. The owners were very accommodating. It was very quiet. Very walkable to the historic district. I would stay here again.
