Our room had black mold all over the ceiling and went and told the front desk and said they would let the manager know immediately and heard nothing so 2 days later told another person there that works at the country club and they said they would do the same and still heard nothing. There was left over clothes in the drawers from someone that had stayed there previously and was hair all over the floor of the kitchen and bathroom. It literally took 2hrs for them to check us and family in because they had the booking messed up. We were never offered another room or a refund or anything I was very disappointed in this place and will never go back again. And the elevator kept breaking down and we were on the 4th floor so had to climb the stairs several times it was just very disappointing after looking at everything online before we booked it. Manager never contacted us at all and blatantly ignored us our whole stay!! We want be back and I have pictures to prove the black mold in rooms 407,406.

We called to check in and office was already closed, this 15 minutes before closing time. Interior was clean but show water damaged from the past, has if it was flooded and just painted over, could never get in touch with motel personal and had to use the emergency number to check in

The hotel was nice and clean. The amenities were good. The pool was excellent. Our neighbors in the room next to us were a little loud with their tv and laughing all night. Luckily they left 2 days later. We didn’t see anyone to tell about it. It would have been better if we could have seen someone and talk about it but other than that was good, and we enjoyed it. The last day we saw someone of the hotel and he was very nice. One of our outlets was not working but everything else was ok and good.

The night we arrived the lock on the condo didn't work so we had to wait for security to let us in. Maintenance came the next day to fix the lock and said all was good. We realized the next day that the door wasn't locking at all. Maintenance came again and tried to fix it. It worked once and again we had to wait outside in 90 degree heat waiting to be let in. In the condo there was only 2 spoons and 1 fork for us to use, we had to go buy silverware. The kitchen floor was not cleaned well. Cigarette/cigar butts on the balcony and in the screened in porch. During actual check in the associates had little personality other than the Manager, she seemed concerned but admitted they do not get much funding to fix issues.

It was big water bugs in the property. Dead and alive. Also was dead flies on the twin mattresses. The property was very spacious, the showers were not clean and neither were the bathroom sinks or toilets. Over all beautiful property. Just needs better up keep. & a real number to contact the property. 55555 doesn’t work. Parking is also a plus with your own 2 car parking.

It was cute. Had a lot of fun. It’s an older building but outside of that it was a lot of fun!

Kitchen, pet-friendly

Let's begin with $250/night. Nothing in the living area worked. TV, lamp, even the phone was not working. Reported, no one came to check it out. We were there for 2 nights. No breakfast, and to get ice you get a bag at the desk, and use the ice machine in the food mart area by the desk. We were on the 4th floor. No maid service available, you have to use the basket in your room to take the dirty linen down to the desk to get clean linen. I didn't know I was a part of their housekeeping staff. The final straw for me was the last morning I get up, and there was a roach on my cup. I lost it, that was too much for what we were paying per night.
