The hotel was nice and clean. The amenities were good. The pool was excellent. Our neighbors in the room next to us were a little loud with their tv and laughing all night. Luckily they left 2 days later. We didn’t see anyone to tell about it. It would have been better if we could have seen someone and talk about it but other than that was good, and we enjoyed it. The last day we saw someone of the hotel and he was very nice. One of our outlets was not working but everything else was ok and good.

We called to check in and office was already closed, this 15 minutes before closing time. Interior was clean but show water damaged from the past, has if it was flooded and just painted over, could never get in touch with motel personal and had to use the emergency number to check in

It was cute. Had a lot of fun. It’s an older building but outside of that it was a lot of fun!

It took 2 hours to check in. The hotel and room is dirty and an a bit run down. The elevators kept getting stuck and we had to climb 8 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor. The ceiling has mold and mildew stains. The hotel smells of dirty water and pets and it just has an "ick" to it. The staff was all of the place and not in a good way...the bar was always closed or took 20 minutes to get a drink. Couldn't order breakfast becuase nobody was to be found to take an order. Guest services was not very helpful. The pool was gross and no clean towels. They would come take our trash our the room so it over flowed. Beds was small and hard to sleep on and hardly any water pressure in the showers. They didnt even offer to refund any money or try to me make it right. Would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

The unit was outstanding. Loved everything about it. The issue was the people in the unit beneath us. They were constantly smoking pot and the aroma was coming into our unit.
