Maria the room cleaner provided an excellent service. and also the young girl in the service desk was super nice. the staff in general very helpful

When we checked in the ladies at the desk acted rude and hateful. They acted as if they did not want to be there. They tried to charge $84 for parking which we were unaware of. Then on the last night we found 3 large cockroaches and have pictures of them. The bathtub in the master bathroom felt like it was going to fall through. The pressure in the bathroom water was poor. In the second bedroom there was blood on the mattress protector. I am very frustrated with our stay, because we paid money and received poor service and product. I will not be staying there anymore and would not advise anyone else. I am truly looking for a call to discuss refund of my stay.

The front desk male clerk was not concerned at all when they put the wrong name in the system for my stay. Very unprofessional. The bathroom was so small. Do not recommend this place at all. Bathroom shower looked very old and rusty.
