Upon arrival it appeared fine. We were greeted by a gentleman and he tried to assist which was fine but he didn’t know too much about hours of pool. Room was somewhat clean but VERY worn and dated. Kelly definitely is in need of TLC!! No clock in room, LACK OF OUTLETS, dated furniture. There was a phone but no pen/paper. Only 1 table between the two beds, another side table would have been appreciated for the other side of bed. Bathroom is dated, cracks in floor grout was loose and pieces were coming out from floor— VERY easy to lose your footing — safety issues!! Bath tub was chipped, faucet collar/plate was broken. When we double checked the room we found a bottle of gatorade — must have been from prior guests, it wasn’t us! Pool was SCUMMY as was the hot tub— the filter was FILTHY!! Breakfast area — the eggs look d scrambled but didn’t taste good at all. Ended up having coffee — you can’t mess that up… or can you? Everything (the little things /details), lack of cleaning, all added up to ICK! NASTY and it just out a had taste overall. Bed was fine, but we definitely overpaid for what we received in return!! $135, we were not impressed by any means!

We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls.

A 110-year-old building that was remodeled six years ago and yet combines contemporary in classical architecture. Very well done very tasteful. I would highly recommend it.

Great family place with indoor water pool with slides, great breakfast.. everything good about this place.
