Very comfortable room with beautiful views . Very nice spa and good food at the restaurant .

Due to a foot injury, the staff were very friendly and accomodating to place me at the closest room to the entrance. Room was clean and location was extremely convenient and only a few minutes from the Grand Place and central station. Only downside is that it can be pretty loud late at night. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

property was nice good for a short stay

I stayed at this property for 6 nights, overall, everything was OK. the location is great, less than 5 mins walk to grand place, it has central AC/Heater system, the room was warm for us, we had to open the windows to let cold air in. Water temperature in the shower was unstable, warm then cold and warm.

The staff were excellent and really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was tired with a loose toilet seat and towel rail and the light was a tad temperamental. I think it would be beneficial for there to be an additional coffee machine or access to a kettle within the rooms, as the queue for coffee was substantial at breakfast time. Overall I would return to this property as we really enjoyed he location, the atmosphere and the friendly staff.

I booked two Executive rooms for me and my family, The rooms are spacious, clean and stylish, the rest of the hotel are also very nice. It's the amenities that may be an issue. Beware of this scam! They have this umbrella rental machine by the door for $3 euro for 2 days which I rented one. It says, just put it back within 48 hours for return. Not only it does not explain that if not returned within the time limit, you would be charged another $17 euro, but also that even after I returned within the time limit, I was still charged another $17 euro after I returned home. I contacted the hotel and they said that umbrella rental machine is from an independent vendor, not theirs. The hotel assistant manager offer to help to contact the vendor and I am still waiting for their response. What I find it very disappointing is that why a nice hotel like this one would allow an outside vendor to rent out umbrella for $3 when other hotels provide this amenity for free? And what's worse is that this vendor's machine doesn't work and is ripping their customers off!
