Basic rooms close to the beach. Pro-location and kitchen if you want one. Con- bathroom was basic with little to no hot water. Can hear the communal tv from some rooms.

We checked out early after our first night because we found live bedbugs in the bed after sleeping several hours in it. We captured two bugs from the bed and showed them to the front desk (live), and we also have photos/videos of the bugs and the more than 100 visible bite marks and large swollen welts I had afterward. My wife was in a similar condition. The front desk would not provide written documentation of our report and only told us to contact the property. We messaged the property through hotels.com requesting a refund, but they never responded.

Close to the airport (walkable in daylight 20 mins) - clean but nice rooms and bathrooms . Staff helpful but usually a bit of a wait for restaurant service. Nice pool.

The Nalagi seems to be a relatively new hotel and so I was expecting a great deal more than was delivered. I arrived to find that the room type that was booked and paid for was not available. There were two further rooms before I settled for what was available. The room had a balcony that overlooked the sea albeit at a distance. The balcony door could not be locked, neither the phone nor tv worked during the four days I was in that room, on a couple of the days there were no clean towels available. The list goes on. Overall it was a great disappointment. A few years ago this hotel was worth staying in but regrettably never again.

The rooms need updating and better cleaning.

Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terrible

A fantastic place to stay. Very clean, great staff and good location.
