Fantastic friendly staff. Beautiful location. No snorkel gear available for use on arrival, and when some became available the masks were cracked. Two kayaks to share for the whole resort, and no booking system. One kayak had a hole in it. Would benefit from renovation of public areas and leisure equipment.

The staff was amazing. This place is perfect for snorkeling, swimming with sharks and for survivor tv show fans.

We had a wonderful time on the island. A lovely welcome from the staff waiting for our arrival at boarding dock including a lovely send off at the end of our stay. I am Gluten Free (Coeliac) and the Chef was able to provide meals that were the same or similar to the other guests. Our room was lovely and clean with a beautiful view of ocean. Our bed was made in the morning while we were at breakfast and the same in the evening during our meal. There was plenty of activities on the island, but the highlight for us was the safari snorkelling in the coral reef. My wife and I are deaf. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay and explained what was happening during the evening entertainment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Lovely facility accommodations, including outdoor bathroom were amazing. Food good but a little hit or miss. Plenty of food and options for all.

Obstructed beach view from my bure. Natural unspoiled surroundings. Great staff who go out of their way to assist or please you. Meals very nice.

Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terrible
