It was an unpleasant experience; the bed linens were dirty, the breakfast was meager, and the staff were inattentive.

Leo was great! He was very responsive to anything we needed. The apartments were clean and Leo made sure we had everything we needed.

The property is in an excellent location. My flight was a bit delayed, and we arrived at 10 pm, which incurred a 30-euro fee that seemed a little nickel-and-diming. We were on the 7th floor of an older building, but the apartment met our needs. The only con is that there is no coffee maker. The washing machine is very handy. The staff is friendly.

Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable

Nice place with a lot of amenities. Very close to the beach. A little far from city center (about an hour walk) but the neighborhood has a lot to offer. Safe and quiet.

The staff truly made our stay unforgettable—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced such exceptional hospitality anywhere else. Every interaction made us feel valued. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and we’ll definitely be back.
