firstly what a fantastic hotel - stayed for 2 weeks and had a very relaxing break and stay - staff very friendly and helpful, with the Botanic bar a personal favourite BUT disappointingly it is NOT a golf resort (private members only) as we were politely ushered out of the clubhouse when enquiring about tee times 😢 but still a good spot for the other vilamoura course - overall a great stay but would have been nicer to play golf ⛳️

Not really 5 star service. Room abit tired furniture chipped and one bedside table extremely damaged in top. Lounge furniture looked dirty. And swim up pool an exaggeration. This is a narrow strip of water. Hotel photos misleading. Lead you to believe there is a large lounging bed and plants but there wasn’t. Just two uncomfortable plain loungers. Room service took 3 attempts to get a basic pizza order right. Housekeeping did not replenish tea and coffee and supposed complimentary water. Overall I was very disappointed compared to other 5 star experiences. Pool staff are the best compliment I can pay - very attentive for drinks and towels. I wouldn’t recommend nor return.

Excellent all round hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Marina which is really handy, allowing you to explore every night, if you want. Only downside is it finishes at 9pm, a bit early really. I will definitely be returning if th welcome and cleanliness and buffet breakfast is always as good!

Beautiful resort with a very calming vibe. It’s very big but never felt like there were lots of people around or overcrowded. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Large variety of options at breakfast. The only issue we faced is that it’s quite far away from anything, the nearest shop for amenities is a 25 minute walk away, and you need to get taxis everywhere as there isn’t anything in walking distance or any local transport options, although the resort offers free drop off/pick up at the Marina 3 times per day. Would highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious break.

This was a nice quiet hotel about 12 mins away from the marina. No one was fighting for sun beds, the bars and restaurants were all very pleasant. Great choices of pools. I think I would go back.

This hotel is a luxury resort with staff that go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The setting is beautiful and it is quiet and peaceful. Food in all the restaurants is amazing. Rooms are beautiful. Spacious grounds with many areas to sit and relax or swim.
