There were insects found in the rooms we booked and even dead ones indicating the housekeeping was not thorough. We also noticed some stains on the basin countertops showing that it wasn’t cleaned. Tried to make fo but it was really uncomfortable to us. It was pretty bad that we had to vacate the rooms and went to the hotel next door adding costs to us and them refusing to refund the un-utilised nights.

This was the perfect place to stay in Vienna. My room over looked the botanical gardens. I was able to open the windows which made it feel like a room in a home rather than a hotel room. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Love my stay.

It had to small of a lobby area, no place really to sit and drink a cocktail after a long day or flight. No bar. Both hotels on either side had them their lobby area feels more like waiting area at service station for your car.

Excellent price vs value balance

The location is perfect! It's my 4th time in Vienna and this hotel made my stay so much easier! It is waking distance to one of the main transport hubs of the city - Rennweg and it has quite a few food options around. We didn't have breakfast, but from what we experienced with the staff - everyone is very kind and helpful. They have a rule that you get a free drink if you note that you don't need a room cleaning that day - that was so sweet. The hotel is in some building of historical importance, which you can see from the facade but also from the inside - ceilings and windows are very high. The room we had was slightly run-down but it was charming & the bed was very comfortable.

Easy to get to from the S7 airport train. Lovely location next to the Botanical Gardens and Lower Belvedere. The 71 streetcar across from the hotel takes you directly to the Ring. The staff are very thoughtful, and the Green option allows you to have free drinks. Also, my room was extremely quiet.

Comfortable room in a conveniently located hotel

Our room was large and comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located. The breakfast buffet was varied. The only negative point was the shower: the showering space was much too narrow, which made the showring experience fairly unpleasant.

The entire staff was terrific. The breakfast choices were great. The rooms are not soundproof and need updating - at least the bathroom. We were disappointed that the website posted laundry facilities which should be laundry service. We thought we had access to washer and dryer to do our own laundry. The lobby is not very welcoming or special--specifically missing holiday decorations for CHRISTMAS. Chairs in the lobby need to be replaced also. A bit disappointed for the price we paid and the experience we hoped to enjoy as a family. Three rooms booked at this hotel. :(

Not one of the better NH

Just an OK hotel. Two things are paramount for my stay: coffee machine in room and good shower. While the pictures clearly showed Nespresso machine but my room did not have one and they didn’t oblige upon asking. Shower was terrible. I intended to take pic but forgot. Hardly a trickle, very low force. Bathtub present but no shower head in bathtub (it was removed). No water bottles. Breakfast was exactly the same every day.

Nice stay in NH Belvedere Vienna

During check in, served by Sophia and she given us a noisy room facing the streets, 2 of us did not sleep. Then Anne changed room for us and much better. It was the good hospitality of Anne and the restaurant guy supervisor that we rebook this hotel to come back again for another 4 nights. Hope we will be happy here again.
