Nice large suite that was clean and stocked nicely. Location was right across the street from a beautiful park that we walked through everyday to get to the centre of Vienna. The distance is approx 1.3km to Hofburg and equal distance to the beautiful Belvedere Museum in the opposite direction. Hotel is centrally located if you enjoy walking. We did not have a rental car until we left Vienna and it worked perfectly. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. We even used the laundry service, which was very helpful.

This hotel's location is great, which in the main reason I chose it. It is walkable to most tourist attractions. The only place we took a Uber was to the Schonbrunn Palace and Garden which was a 18-minute ride. There are plenty of restaurants and shops withing 15 minutes walk. The hotel shows its age and can use some renovation, but that has reflected in its price which I considered a great value. The chair in our room has no cushion, and there is not enough lighting in the living room. The bath room appears having been remodeled. It is much more modernized compared to the rooms. The rooms are clean and a small kitchen is functionable. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the large suite with mini kitchen, tea and coffees, towel rack warmer, large washroom with magnifying mirror. The TV only offered English news channels, no movies. Decaffeinated coffee in the room would have been nice. I also enjoyed the saunas by the gym. Excellent location and helpful staff!

Big rooms and quiet

It is located close to the central. The room was spacious, with a bath and shower. The staff was lovely. However, I think they never changed the towels and bed sheets in our room. The towels were precisely in the same place where we left them in our room, and the bed sheets were just tidied up.

It was really easy to get to on public transport and everywhere was within a 20-30 mins walk. Lots of places to eat and the staff were really helpful when approached. The room was big and clean, with nice in room toiletries. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment but there are places within a short walk which we preferred as en route to places. It's between two other hotels but I'm glad I picked HiLights!

HiLights hotel very convenient

I was not expecting the room to be huge but there was big space for luggages and all our stuff. I walked to St steohens Cathedral around 15 mins. Went to belvedee same 15 mins. Walked ro christmas markets stephansplatz, rathausplatz, belvedere, everything is walkable. I walked solo to christmas markets and it was safe at night
