I would not recommend this place. It is not located in the city center, so you need to rely on transportation to get back and forth. Additionally, the street is extremely loud. I read reviews that led me to book this accommodation, but if you value comfort while traveling, this is not the right place for you. On a positive note, I want to mention that the employee at the breakfast area was exceptionally sweet and kind. She made our experience much better.

An excellent place. The tram is behind the building, 3 minutes walk and it was very easy to get in the center town. The place is very clean, confortable and we will definitely stay there again should we go back to Vienna.

Everything was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The property is roughly an hour walk from the city center so that was the only downside. The kitchen and fridge in the room was super convenient and the free laundry was also another plus! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family !

We choose this apartment hotel for a long weekend visit rmto Vienna. Its about 20 minutes out from the city centre using the Tram. The communication before the trip was good. The room was lovely. Everything was clean and spotless.

Sadly lacking a human touch

We enjoyed the property but we were with 2 other groups of our family. 3 rooms total. Our family with 6 month old baby could not get their heat to adjust. It was SO HOT in their room they and baby could not rest. Hotel was notified at the time and did nothing, sent no help. We were flying out the next day and they got no rest at all. The property offered no help, no remedy, no new room, not even a refund or discount after the fact. Would definitely not use again. You are completely stranded and on your own if you have a problem of any kind.
