The staff's conduct needs immediate improvement

While the location of this hotel is fantastic—with a supermarket downstairs and the metro across the street—and the rooms are comfortable with great beds, our experience was let down by significant service issues. The front desk staff (2 ladies) were highly unprofessional during check-in. They were loudly gossiping and making fun of another guest, which was uncomfortable to witness. This behavior also caused a long delay, as they ignored us to continue their conversation while asking for our documents. A heads-up: the hotel conducted a surprise emergency alarm test with no prior warning. It would be easy to provide a notice to prevent guests from being startled and to understand what to do, specially for those who don't speak German.

Nice, but stinky smell.

The room was very nice and modern, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the awful smell in the bathroom, which I suspect was coming from the shower drain. It improved slightly after a couple of showers, but it still needs to be checked and thoroughly cleaned.

The hotel is located right across a big mall, so yes, a lot of shopping opportunity. The hotel is also on the subway line that takes you into downtown within 10 minutes.

Decent option outside of city near transit

Location is convenient to transit. Hotel has nice amenities and staff was friendly. Could improve maintenance and cost for self service laundry was expensive (€5 for washer, €4 for dryer).

Clean comfortable room. Very conveniently located nr Kagran metro station. Spar supermarket and some reasonable eateries immediately below the hotel. Reasonably good value for money. Would stay here again if the opportunity arose

Overall good experience. We had a flood in our unit. They changed our room and gave us breakfast. Our cloths were contaminated and we missed half of the day and half of our tour, because had to pack our luggages and move to another room. It was a little bit unfortunate!

Our recent stay was absolutely fantastic, especially traveling as a big family. We rented adjacent rooms, which worked out perfectly and gave us the ideal balance of togetherness and individual space. The hotel's location is superb, being very close to public transportation, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient for everyone. The rooms themselves were a highlight – clean, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was attentive, nice, and genuinely helpful. We particularly appreciated their flexibility with our late check-in at midnight; they accommodated us without any hassle, which was a huge relief after a long journey. The breakfast spread was another pleasant surprise. There were so many options to choose from, and everything was delicious, providing a great start to our busy days. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone, whether you're a family, a couple, or traveling solo. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to book here again!
