Perfect location, gorgeous rooms. We loved it!

Le loft était très propre incluant la literie toutefois à notre arrivée le spa était pratiquement vide et cerné. Toute une surprise… J’ai contacté la réception, la personne était confuse sur la situation, une personne a été dépêché, pas de solution. Un technicien de la maintenance a été dépêché, il n’avait d’info donc on a convenu de remplir le spa et attendre qu’il atteigne un température acceptable soit entre minuit et 2h00 (nuit). Pas fameux quand on quitte à 11h

Very Noisy air conditioning

Although overall I enjoyed this hotel, I encountered some issues that were on the negative side. When checking in I was told that the room I had booked in advance and paid for was not available (?!). The receptionist then said I had been upgraded to another room.. but when I saw it, it was a major downgrade and worse, the bed was unmade. I had booked a cocoon room with XL spa tub and the room I was assigned was a regular hotel room with insert bath/shower. When I told reception that it was unacceptable, she quickly said that the room I had originally booked was actually available.. it felt like I had been lied to. Also, she responded to me very ungraciously when I asked why my room wasn’t available. The room was lovely though and I stayed for 2 nights. Other issues: room service food was absolutely terrible and no towels at the pool for an entire morning and the hotel was in some disrepair..mostly outside. I would return because the hotel has very nice aspects to it.

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in the scierie suite. The studio was clean and cool when we got there (summer stay, 26° outside). It’s a very nice looking place, and had everything we needed (fridge, toaster, coffee machine, etc). Location is perfect, with lots of commodities nearby. The only 2 things that need improvement: spa maintenance (water smelled bad) and mattress firmness (there’s such a thing as too firm!) Otherwise, all good!

The staffs are super nice and super helpful, great boys!

We wanted to do early check in but no one was available in the morning. Room was clean enough but too old. No amenities in bathroom.
