Great property with every amenity a travelling family could use. I saw so many cute puppies in the lobby but never noticed any foul smells. Great staff, although alone at front desk in night helped us clean up a mess in washroom. Very walkable location nestled just a bit outside hussle and noise of downtown and yet so close to walk to everything on downtown map. My kid was so happy with the games in the lobby that you can borrow. A full kitchen is much help during travels with young kid and elderly. Oswego were able to accommodate us for early check-in and I'd be very thankful for that and would be definitely checking this location when returning to Victoria.

This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in Victoria. The hotel and rooms were spotless. The bed was so comfortable we slept great for our three night stay and it was lovely having the windows open for the perfect breeze.
