Coffee in the room was the best we've had from a machine (nice to have real cream in room fridge, too). Beds comfortable, and heated floor in bathroom lovely. All staff friendly and helpful. Will for sure return:)

It is very clear from the rooms, property and staff that this independent hotel cares about its guests. Really great stay and refreshing to see a hotel that actually still cares to make an impression. If you have a chance, do yourself a favour and stay here instead of one of the big chain hotels

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay, which concluded on December 15th. I was contemplating extending my stay for an extra day after having a great morning out in the city. However, when I returned to my room around 11:10 AM, I received a call from you inquiring about my check-out time. I mentioned that I was about to shower and asked if checking out at 12:00 PM would be acceptable. Your reply that I would be charged $50 if I stayed past 11:30 AM was surprising, as I have stayed at the Hotel Rialto dozens of times. While I understand the need to enforce check-out times, the tone of this interaction immediately led me to decide against extending my stay. Unfortunately, this exchange also succeeded in ruining an otherwise flawless morning. I wanted to share this experience as it influenced my decision not to remain a guest for an additional night. Thank you,

Rialto has a boutique style feel and near everything downtown. It is clean and staff was great.

They said VIP service but it was just some sparkling lemonade and a package of two cookies in the room. They turned on all the lights. Said they had robes in the bathroom but I didn’t see them unless they were in the vacuum sealed bag in the closet. Worst part was they didn’t mention that the streets around them were littered with active users smoking who knows what out of a bubbler right outside the door. I think I over paid fo the experience. There are cheaper options where you expect the see these things.
