We stayed in room 821. The bed needs to be traded out. I like firm but this king bed was very firm. It took me three nights to adapt to its firmness. Check out the bed before you commit to the room. It may be fine for you but as a Pillowtop American, it was too hard. The hotel and everyone there were great. Especially Curtis the concierge.

Fancy facade, but the rest disappointed

We were very disappointed in this place. It seems nice from a distance, but the beds were really uncomfortable, our safe didn't work, we had burnt out lights in the room, the ice tongs were visibly dirty. The ice machine on our wing was set to off, so we had to go a long way to get to another one, and the hot tub was closed. Staff was friendly, but it did take a manager with keys to break a $20 bill. Had a much better stay in a 3 star hotel in Vancouver than this supposed 4- star hotel. Views were nice, but I could have gotten that from the neighboring hotels that were lower priced.
