Great experience. Easy walk into downtown and shopping. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A Beautiful hotel and loved it has a nice bar and restaurant. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a small deck outside with a view. We will be back.

The only issue was that I booked a city view room and I was given a room facing away from the city. The other “city view” rooms were fully booked and there was no way for the front desk to make the change. I would rename the room I stayed in a “James Bay” view which is located at the back of the hotel.

The location was convenience and super central in Downtown right by the inner harbour. The “renovated rooms” looked super outdated. The beds were uncomfortable, I woke up every morning with a sore back. The shower is terrible. A 10 min shower turned into a 30 min shower. There is barely any water coming out of the shower head.
