Lots of homeless people outside the property. Another business which shares a common wall is a night club which blares out music late at night. Some of this music seeps into my room. As per hotel staff university students coming back so club having late nights. Hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Left small chocolate packet in the room for their service, which was a nice gesture.

Property is generally clean. Room is small and dark. It is on a traffic road. Noise from nearby construction, upstairs and downstairs. Parking cost $30. We have to go outside public parking and fed the meter in the morning. not worth the money. Should’ve spent a little bit more to stay closer to the harbour

Loved the free lobby coffee machine! The staff were always very helpful and seemed very happy. We were always asked if we needed anything.

We love this place. Just wish they have that coffee machine starting at 7 not at noon. Very close to everything. We walked everyday to the parks, to restaurants and to buses.

Many of the facilities are needing some repair - e.g. bath tub stopper does not work, broken gym equipment, elevators that are worked 60% of the time etc. So lots to be improved. But that staff were super friendly, efficient and cleaned brilliantly. The hotel is next to a club - so weekend club music in your room is a real thing.

As soon as we opened the door, there was an unpleasant smell and we opened the window for a while, but not sure if it was helpful. The bathtub was also not clean with visible mold, and it was clogged so it drained very slowly, but we didn't call the front desk. We didn't take a shower because it was late at night. The next day, we just rushed out of the hotel, telling the staff about the condition of our room, and heard that the manager would contact me, but so far, nothing. I don't recommend this place if you are planning to stay with kids because there were a lot of homeless people nearby.

Very welcoming staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable beds, couch.. Bathroom a little tight. Had to shimmy around toilet to close door. Bathtub/shower nice size. I’m handicapped and welcomed large handrail in tub. On way in- one of the staff (seeing my walker) even asked if I wanted a shower chair? Delivered to room. All in all left relaxed and smile on face.

The staff is very helpful and professional. The communication via text messages is very effective and helpful. Regrettably, the construction on Johnson street, right in front of our window, caused a lot of noise as early as 7am.
