Good location, easy to get around by walking. Clean, spacious room. Super friendly and accommodating staff too! It was nice that they utilized texting to see how our check in was/if we needed anything. Very easy to communicate! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really nice hotel in downtown Victoria. Arrived at 7pm to an unready room but the staff were more than helpful and offered some amazing comps! The coffee machine was excellent and a really nice experience for free and delicious coffees.

Like most of downtown Victoria, there are homeless on the street. They don’t brother you for the most part. The staff here are super friendly and we decided to valet our rental car to keep it safe.

This was a really fun opportunity to spend some time in Canada really have a fun trip the amenities and everything around was close convenient and the food was amazing. Surface was excellent. I will definitely go back and visit again. Definitely recommend.

Over all a great stay with pleasant service. The room was clean. The only issue was there were not enough outlets in the room to properly charge our devices. The outlets beside the bed were very loose, couldn't properly hold our chargers and too narrow to put two chargers on at the same time.

Easily accessible to the provincial capitol and surrounding shops, eateries and attractions. Very noisy bathroom exhaust. Couldn't hear in case of emergency.

The room was fairly spacious and it was very helpful to have a kitchenette. The kindest and most helpful staff member was Silvia on the front desk. She took time to learn about our stay and understand our needs. We were in Victoria for a Master's course at the university. Silvia remembered our study group members who met at the hotel and helped them too. I did appreciate a daily text from the front desk checking in about anything we needed. Overall though the room, especially cups and cutlery in the kitchen could have been cleaner. We consistently had to request more toilet paper. There were 2 people and we were only given 1.5 rolls for 4 days and then only one roll at a time. We only asked for housekeeping one day and nothing in the kitchen was replenished like tea bags or sugar. Finally, the elevator was very small and inconvenient for checking out, trying to get a cart on the elevator was difficult due to the number of people allowed, luggage and it's very small size. I would stay again, but be more aware of the elevator and very specific with requests to staff.
