Great price for the location. Able to walk to the harbor in less than 15 minutes (if you don’t stop in one of the many cute stores along the way). The restaurant in the lobby has great breakfast as well which was super convenient!

Always have a good stay and if an issue easily fixed. This time I was on 2nd floor and very loud and noisey nightclub underneath! Very loud bass music and vibrations into the wee hours! Lots of loud and noisey patrons!!

The area was close to shops, dining and sites to see. Get valet parking when you checkin. Parking in area is not easy.

The customer service from the staff was excellent. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us throughout our stay. The room was clean and fairly big compared to other hotels we looked at. The attractions were fairly walkable distance, the only small downside was the neighborhood at night, but it wasn't a big deal as we weren't out that late. We would keep this hotel in mind next time we are in Victoria.
