Great

Stayed 2 nights in beginning of trip while visiting family. Then went to New England and on way back stayed again because it was nice.

Great concept for a hotel. There are no elevators and four flights of stairs to reach the second left. They really need to make it easier to deal with luggage. First room the toilet didn’t flush and bathroom drain was stopped. They quickly moved me to adjoining room that had an incredible four poster bed. Huge windows too

Beautiful hotel, great price! Wonderful location on the lake. Friendly / helpful staff with hiccup that was solved immediately.

Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

The property and rooms are absolutely stunning, think upscale, boutique Nantucket vibes with pockets of ‘old money’ feels. Everything was clean, the lobby and each ‘cabin’ smells phenomenal. The kind of trip you take and think, ‘wow I need to work harder so I can come to places like this more often’. Highly recommend renting their free bikes and biking down the street to their quaint ‘downtown area’, check out Patty’s place for an at home/diner style breakfast. Perfect quiet location just 30 minutes from the busier winery areas. 10/10 would come again, very romantic and breathtaking setting.
