Problème d'ouverture

Nous sommes arrivés à 16h l'hôtel fermé, j'avais précisé que j'arriverai dans l'après-midi car partant de Cortina en voiture je ne pouvais pas préciser l'heure, la propriétaire m'a dit qu'il fallait que je téléphone le matin même pour qu'elle me donne le code de la boite qui se trouvait devant la porte d'hôtel Je lui ai téléphoné elle me l'a donné mais je ne comprends pas ce procédé cela se fait pour les B&B mais pas pour les hôtels , c'est la première que cela m'arrive . Enfin cela s'est bien terminé.

Bonne impression et bon séjour

Accueil un peu impersonnel mais arrivée à plus de 20 heures, donc devant une boite à clé. Mais dès le lendemain matin, échanges sympathiques avec les personnels de l'hôtel. Position centrale dans la ville et bonnes qualités dans toutes les prestations.

Lage hervorragend - direkt am Markt. Zimmer dem Preis entsprechend einfach, aber sauber und funktional, Bett mit sehr guter Matratze. Frühstück am Katzentisch im Gang, kein Buffet, Kaffee ungenießbar.
