Firstly, the staffs we had to deal with were rude at best!! The Hotel boasts Wheelchair accessible but the entrance doors do not have automatic opening devices! The room, while indeed you can get a wheelchair in( with much effort over the raised doorway entrance) that’s about as much as the wheelchair can fit. No less than 6 types of cupboards and 2 queen size beds does NOT allow for a wheelchair to navigate safely. The wheelchair will not fit into the bathroom. I could go on but I won’t, but it is safe to say WE will NOT STAY in this hotel again.

Young man at front desk was not too helpful or concerned when we returned to retrieve forgotten tablet. 5 of us stayed for 4 nights … (3 rooms) so we had spent a bit of $$$ there. We were worried about the tablet in room that already been cleaned but the young man decided to chat with people that arrived after us instead of helping. 😒😒

Our stay was not comfortable. There was no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. No accessibility for seniors. Tub was dirty. There was no parking when we checked in. We had to park on grass.

Gaglardi's can do better

$280/night for a subterranean room with broken cabinetry a cheap TV and 1990's cable TV package with 13 channels. Insufficient parking onsite. Band-Aids floating in the pool which is small, old and gross. Gym is a joke. Gaglardi's are sure milking it.

The room was dirty and smelt. There was thick dust all over and the window sills were thick with dirt. The kitchen had grease smudges on the stove and microwave. There was pee around the base of the toliet as well. When i asked the maid to tidy our room she was rude about it. Wouldn't stay again.

Dated and Rooms smelled!!!

It's an older hotel. Check in is later at 4:00 which is inconvenient. The front desk agent at Check in was not the friendliest individual. We entered the room and it smelled like body odour. We had to open the window to air out the smell but the window did not open all the way. The hotel is dated. So I definitely would consider this a 2 star hotel.
