I wanted to take a shower, but the drain was clogged. The sink was broken, so the water wouldn't drain. I pressed the front desk button on the room phone, but it was broken, so there was no signal.

For the price what you get …. old rooms . With old carpets etc. ! Stayed in the Hampton Inn , it’s cheaper to stay there. Newer rooms and very clean .

Hot tub is dirty water pool is the size of somebody's normal living room ( tiny ) alot mattresses are on first floor and second floor,at the end of the hallway. there is actually one mattress at the in the fire exit, second floor which is clearly fire regulation infraction. places under construction but who's ever organizing the old mattresses sitting at the end of the hallways. absolutely disgusting. LAUNDRY ROOM IT'S LIKE BEING IN A SAUNA. NO WAY OF KEEPING THE DOOR OPEN WHEN YOU WASH YOUR CLOTHES THE STUDS COME UP THROUGH THE PIPES EXTERIOR OF THE WASHER AND IT STARTS TO FLOOD THE FLOOR. One thing that stands out to me is these ladies from housekeeping. these ladies couldn't get any more approachable. very willing to help you it. they will ask you if you need anything. you don't have to wait to ask them even if you don't want housekeeping and if they're outside, they'll ask you if you need anything. 110% thumbs up for these ladies.

Well hey, the breakfast was good! Actually a pretty disappointing stay. We booked a dog friendly room on expedia and also called the hotel to confirm our details. Checking in was easy and friendly, but immediately after entering the room I went back to the front desk. The carpets were stained, the dog was sniffing like crazy and finding peanuts and crumbs. When I got down on the floor it was evident the vacuum they have is broken. The point of giving a deposit and paying a pet charge is to have a clean room. Pool was green and clearly needed to be shocked... they had no explanation and comp'd us for the pet fee because we booked on expedia.

The location was good and breakfast but it is not thr cleanest hotel especially on carpet/floors and the pool is awful, my daughter probably got bacteria from the pool the first night and ingested few pool water.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The property is quite old, with visible rust and dirt in many areas, which gives the place an unkept feel. The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a proper night’s rest. Additionally, despite advertising parking availability, they did not provide any dedicated parking space and asked us to leave our vehicle on the roadside, which was both inconvenient and concerning for safety. I would not recommend this place for anyone expecting a clean, comfortable, and properly managed stay.
