Hotel is on the whole good property but there are Some point to be mentioned as Marriot brand 1. Evening reception staff were not much helpful I wanted to extend my stay but they ignored me by wrong answers. And I needed DND card and they didn't follow up 2 in the bath room shampooing Buttle was filled with water instead of shampoo 3 The room entrance door lock on 206 didnot work And there was only security door lock 4. Breakfast and dining room area was perfect And 5 stars clean and good service

I liked the location, there was a lot of restaurants around. The hotel itself was nice but I think they were quite short staffed, house keeping only came in once in our 4 day stay and only changed garbages & towels. Staff was pleasant , just busy. The pillows & beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was decent although the coffee wasn't very good.

While sitting on the outdoor patio during breakfast, the door would lock. Guests attempted to prop the door open but the staff insisted this was not allowed as mice would enter. The staff refused to unlock the door and said we could walk around the building if needed.
