Check-in was rocky but stay was awesome!

We had requested at our booking that our 2 rooms be across the hall or next to each other due to HHA access. The desk staff said she failed to read the notes and could not accommodate the request but could at least put us on the same floor. She also did not understand the difference between a “pet” and a “service animal” as it pertains to Fed law especially a “task oriented animal” vs an ESA. Federally this is important as to documentation. None of this affected our stay but was a little bothersome after a long day of travel. The rooms were awesome!

Great property, clean, nice decor, great breakfast, helpful friendly staff. The only negatives were that there is a second (venue) entrance that seemed to be the lobby from the outside, with nothing to indicate otherwise. Went in and then had to exit and drive around to find actual lobby. Second, bathroom door wouldn't fully close.
