Outdoor pools is heated 👍just need to ask staff to turn it on. Takes about 2 hours for full heat. Wonderful swim in the evening. Sauna was down during this visit but is also a nice touch to the property!

My family of seven recently stayed at Lifestyle Resort, and it was one of the worst resort experiences we have ever had. We traveled with my mother, two daughters, and three grandchildren, hoping for a special family vacation. From the beginning, the rooms were disappointing. They smelled strongly of dampness and mildew, sinks and fixtures were broken, there were leaks, and we even found a roach in one of the rooms. We requested room changes approximately FOUR times, and each room seemed to have another problem. Transportation around the resort was also stressful. To reach the buffet, beach, and other areas, we had to use crowded, loud shuttles where people were pushing and yelling. With three grandchildren, this was not relaxing or convenient. The food was another major disappointment. Buffet food was often lukewarm and tasted reheated, and the restaurants did not live up to what was advertised. Even basic requests were an issue—we asked for a Band-Aid and a straw and were told they had neither. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern from management. We repeatedly explained our problems, yet no one truly took ownership of the situation. This trip was meant to create beautiful family memories, but instead we spent too much time changing rooms and dealing with problems. I would not return and cannot recommend this resort. Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

The resort was beautiful. unfortunately my visit was during the off-season pool repair, and other maintenance being completed. The hotel was able to move most of the pool activities to other parts of the resort such as dances, games and other. The staff was amazing, very friendly and quick to assist when needed. A travel friend was having issues with her Air Conditioning and maintenance was at her room within minutes to repair. The food was amazing, and the à la carte dinners were above expectations. The Blend was my favorite. The coffee shop was amazing as well, the worker named Sara could make your perfect cup of coffee and remember it for each time you stop in. The Ice coffee was unbelievably good! The Animation was full of energy, charisma and always smiling. They had a way to get you out of your comfort level and to try new things.
