This hotel is horrible. The beds were lumpy. The shower was dirty. It had no fire alarm. The service attendant was rude and not at all helpful. We booked and paid for 4 guests but only received two towels and one shampoo and conditioner. It has no air conditioner and only a noisy fan that you are required to use to ensure room does not get stuffy. The window had no screen so even if we had wanted to open the window to let in a breeze it was not safe to do so. I am very disappointed, especially since this was a birthday trip with my 88 year old mother. Will never stay here again.

Refund please

I reserved a room because I had to check in at the hospital very early morning and did not want to drive three hours that morning. I drove down after work, arriving late at night, no one was in the lobby and a note was on the door that said Welcome please call phone number. I called several times with no answer and the voice mail was full so unable to leave message. I even text the number. I ended up having to find a different hotel that night. The next day I received a message saying We do apologize. We can give you credit I’m sorry I should get a full refund!!

They charged me $18 dollar extra at check in mentioned it was supposed to be collected by Expedia! I paid in full online when reserved the room, no AC! In Such a hot summer night, there was no "Continental breakfast" only coffee in the office!

Great location. Wish rooms were cleaner, and more fans accessible for people staying. Customer service aspect, we had to wait for someone to come and help us. We called and no one answered, open sign was posted on door but no one was inside, no sign stating they would return shortly. Quite a bit frustrating when your trying to check in.

Parking was an issue. The guest were a bit loud but its basically a party area. Great location! Beach two blocks away. The hotel was a bit run down but had it's charm. My only comlaint was parking and a not so great running toilet, a plugged tub and no A/C. Otherwise friendly staff and great location. don't expect the Marriot, it has an old beach charm to it.
