Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel room was sufficient, loved the exposed brick in the room and the glass sculptures throughout the property. Murano is a quiet island after the daytripers leave. We liked it but itโ€™s not for everyone.

They have an Ant problem.

We recently stayed at NH hotel in Murano and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience due to a persistent ant problem in our room and the way the situation was handled. From the beginning of our stay, we noticed ants around the bathtub faucet, the floor ledge, and even inside our toiletries bags. Guest relations came to our room three separate times to vacuum the ants and spray the area, but the ants returned. Despite multiple complaints, we were not offered a room change until our final nightโ€”and only at 10 PMโ€”well after we had endured several days of the issue. The most frustrating part was learning from the manager at checkout that she had not been informed at all until that morning, even though there were โ€œmany notesโ€ in the system. This lack of communication and failure to escalate a clear hygiene issue reflects poorly on the internal management of the hotel. In addition, we had laundry done through the hotel at a cost of โ‚ฌ200. Unfortunately, the clothes were returned poorly ironed and stuffed into a shopping bag instead of being properly hung. Clothes were re-ironed, and ultimately removed the charge from our bill, the overall experience did not meet the standard we expected from a hotel at this price point. We appreciated the attempts by individual staff members to resolve part of these problems, but overall handling left us extremely dissatisfied. A hotel stay should feel clean, comfortable, and well-managedโ€”unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Very enjoyable stay in NH Collection Murano - relatively easy to get to via boat route 4.1.. Murano is rather beautiful with the glass making and easy access into the heat of Venice via boat route. Very clean and well presented hotel.

Great place to stay and so quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The staff are amazing and the restaurant was delish, especially the deserts and Negroni! The room had everything one needs and very well thought out for even little things like the amenity kits in the bathroom and snacks. Very clean and comfortable beds.

The staff is awesome. When we arrived the gentleman asked if he could assist with any plans for our visit. He called and set us up with a fantastic glass maker visit, no charge for the tour, though we did end up buying some souvenirs. I prefer staying in Murano over Venus, and this place in particular.

Excellent Hotel, Muranoโ€™s location is in another island separate from Veniceโ€™s main island, however itโ€™s only a boat ride away. Approx 15 mins Staff was amazing๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

1. At the reception we waited too long, because the data was not saved at the first attempt, and info about 4 people was entered one more time. 2. The remote from TV was missing. 3. TV was not functional. 4. Call for a technician. 30 minutes later went to reception to find out that the technician is at the reception, obviously not even knowing about my request.(The remote was provided and the cables were connected eventually) 5. Corkscrew was missing at the bar, but wine was in the corked bottles.

The main assets of any business are the staff members. In our experience all the staff we interacted with were polite, friendly, warm and welcoming. This made our stay in this cool, new, chic hotel a pleasure. The ladies in the breakfast room were all particularly good. They never ceased to be happy to help even when they were coping with very busy periods.
