Staff are nice, but very difficult to find/locate place. Goggle or Apple Maps unable to locate address, thus causing lots of stress. Also, you have to go through lots of stairs, small hotel has no lift.
Love their buffet breakfast. Hotel is near restaurants, we were able to wash clothes in a laundry service just across the street. Bus stop also walking distance.
Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful but you should know he's only there off and on. If you have a problem you can leave him a message and he'll respond as soon as possible. Very quiet but small room. When you take your key card out the AC doesn't work therefore the room gets very hot
Nice staff, bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Comfortable and spacious hotel suite literally an arm's throw from the Grand Canal. No lifts if you need help getting up stairs although I did see a chairlift! Quite hard to find in a narrow alley-street off a side street - and don't bring too much luggage as you will climb over the Rialto bridge several times. Overall though, highly recommended..
Great location as in heart of the city, close to restaurants and bars, shops etc. So I recommend for this. Not too easy to find even with google maps, lots of twists n turns but ok if your ok with maps. If you are bringing luggage make sure you get off the right boat stop as there are lots of bridges with steps to lug over. But theyre all like this. So get off realto? Boat 1A. Hotel itself has lots of steps, no lift. Keypad access. I think theyre all like this tho. Once we got in our room and dumped bags all was good. Problem was finding the right boat from train station. Ticket counter staff was no help telling us it wasnt her job to tell us which boat to get, just to sell tickets. Thats not a reflection on the hotel, rather transport staff. They rely on tourism so help two 60+ year olds arriving from Australia simply asking which boat to get rather than saying'not my job to give directions'. Everone else we asked were helpful. One shop en route even sent staff out of there shop to help us lift cases over bridges and steps. Overall hotel ok. Clean and comfortable but our room was many stairs up, which any normal outing meant big climd there and back.
They could have easy put ys on lower floor and give top floor to younger people. Would I go back.. hmm no. Sorry.
Fabulous location, it was easy to get to from the airport by local bus and boat.
Best place for breakfast round the corner.
Room was basic but clean.
I would stay here again and recommend.
