Old World style, service and sheer class make this the ideal location in Venice IMO. Pay the small amount extra to have a view of the Basilica and Piazza out your window, plus it's right outside the hotel entrance - incredibly convenient. The concierge/desk staff made the visit even better with grace and helpful attitude. A cliche, but they truly do make one feel like family and want visitors to have their best experience possible. The breakfast was also superb but the staff, the location and the classic furnishings make this our new favorite hotel in all of Italy. Fantastico!

The hotel is close to the center easy to access all places. The elevator was in the second floor, perhaps this hotel will not work for someone who is disable.
