The hotel was in a great location. Arranged our transportation to the airport even with umbrellas! Breakfast was great, ask for a cappuccino! Very friendly staff. Turned on the air conditioner in our room! Would stay again. Found the lily flower arrangement a little strong in scent, but it was Easter

Fantastic, can’t wait to return

Fantastic stay, hotel could not have been more helpful organising an airport to hotel transfer after landing at Marco Polo early in the morning. Flowers and fizz in the suite for our anniversary and fantastic breakfast whilst watching gondolas outside. Only a short walk to Saint Marks Square but surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to Rialto Bridge and the water transfer direct to the Terminal… what more can you want..

This was the best hotel we had during our visit to Italy. The hotel has a really beautiful old world charm and was so comfortable and spacious, considering Venice itself is so claustrophobic! Wonderful amenities and hospitality - a comfy and cozy way to end our adventure. Highly recommend!
