Unique property, we had a loft style room overlooking the canal, had everything we needed, very spacious. Easy to reach from the airport by taxi boat - great way to arrive. Excellent breakfast, a bit different to the standard hotel offering. Would definitely recommend.

Very cool place to stay - liked being away from (but within walking distance to) the city center. The building was beautiful and the rooms are a great size. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very close to the edge of the lagoon. It was a calm and secluded location. The room was fantastic with a lovely view of the canal behind the building, clean, airy, minimalistic, perfect.

The property is in a wonderful part of town and the building has a vibrant history and the rooms were fantastic. We loved the canal view, the courtyard, being away from the hustle and bustle, and the delicious breakfast. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it as a great place to stay while visiting Venice.

Really spacious, clean and cool (good air con) private double room in this amazingly situated beautiful hostel. A few hundred yards from the alilaguna and vaporetta stop which was perfect! Breakfast at €12 was awesome! Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

It's clean and property is well-kept except that the AC wasn't working in my entire stay and it gets really hot.:( For someone who lives in a tropical country, I know it's really hot and my stay there kept me awake in the middle of the night sweating. It's close to a water taxi station so it's convenient and a little far from the center which is great bcos you'll get the peace and quiet that you need after a long day of touring. I got the one with the breakfast and I thought it was worth it. Hostels are usually not my first bet but this one, I might come back if I go back to Venice. Staff are nice (I just hesitate sometimes bcos they sound like they're mad but I guess it's just their tone). I just hope they fix the air conditioning especially if an apartment shares 3 bedrooms, or at least install ceiling fans just in case someone decides to leave the window open which automatically turns off the entire apartment AC. Otherwise, I'd recommend this!
