We loved the location and the staff were so helpful. They organized a night tour by water taxi and the city tour to go inside st marks church and the palace - so fabulous- with gondola, the next day. Door to door service. Then we got a water taxi for $100 euro to the train station - cause of a lot of luggage we had to do this and traveled to triedte for our cruise.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Venice and only a few minutes’ walk from Piazza San Marco. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and offered stunning views of both St Mark’s Campanile and the Bridge of Sighs, which made the stay feel truly special. On arrival we were welcomed with complimentary bottle of prosecco, and throughout our stay the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They went the extra mile to provide additional touches when requested, which really added to the experience. Overall, a perfect base for exploring Venice and a hotel I would happily return to.

The hotel was beautiful and located in a great area to access many of the city's iconic attractions. The water taxi dropped us off right at the front entrance—an incredibly convenient way to arrive. Navigating this route would’ve been tricky if the water level had been too low or too high, especially with all our luggage in tow. While water taxis can be pricey, cruising through Venice along the Grand Canal is a spectacular experience that’s well worth it.
