Excellent staff, comfy stay

The staff are friendly but we noticed the washroom a lil filthy but the important thing is the beds are good and sleep good

So started out that the room was extremely humid they hole hotel was, but the room never really cooled down. The bath drain was severely clogged and would only drain after 20 min. The closet door would not close so you could not open the bathroom door all the way. The biggest issue though was the baseball team that was there….. 10 year old boys running up and down the hallway and knocking on doors, so as I was walking to the front desk to complain the said boys came running from where my room was, I did confront them and we alllll proceeded to the front desk where the manager on duty called there respective rooms to tell the parents. 20 min late ther were back doing the same thing but now taunting and being more verbal. We left for a wedding and arrived back out 10:30pm to the security guard telling kids to “stop running”. And then about 45 min later the knocking came again at midnight. I am beyond upset about this experience especially that I paid for two rooms to be and our stay was not relaxing or pleasant. The front desk upon check out gave a 20% discount, but to be honest I feel those rooms should have been penalized for the disruption as the front desk manager said the the parent over the phone that they were receiving multiple complaints about the same kids.

It was the perfect location as we were looking for apartments in the near by vicinity for my daughter before she starts school in the fall. We were able to walk to all the places we needed to. Restaurants in the area were amazing. Hotel is clean, but a bit dated. The air-conditioning was not working very well and we were quite warm at night. They offered to move us to a suite, but there was three of us so someone would have to sleep on a pullout so we opted for a fan.

Check in was quick. The staff were lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Staff pleasant and willing to help. Hotel very quiet, clean and comfortable. Great value.
