Drop ceiling in the bathrooms was unsettling. Burn marks on toilet seat and beaten up furniture. We didn’t stay and cancelled the reservation. Staff was very accommodating.

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful lobby. Only recommendations: more pods of coffee with caffeine in the room. We had 2 decaffeinated and 1 caffeinated, not enough for 2 sleepy people, though the free Starbucks in the lobby did make up for that. Also, it might be nice if the lounge stayed open later than 10. After dinner out we would’ve had a nightcap before bed but last call was over at 9:45. That’s it. We’ll be back.

We loved the room and the free valet parking we received with being a gold member. Lots off free bottled water on request.

Booked for just an overnight visit to Edmonton as we were camping in Lloydminster area. Perfect room well equipped, super layout for a quiet sleep. Would definitely stay there again

Amazing hotel for the price. The staff is phenomenal in their hospitality! I will absolutely be coming back. Breakfast options were great, rooms are maybe a tiny bit dated, but still clean and maintained!! Did not visit the bar but it was open each night (we stayed Friday and Saturday) with patrons enjoying the lounge area. I also saw a woman playing a game (maybe Keno I’m not sure haha) All in all the staff, room & facility exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend staying here :)
