There was no breakfast as advertised as they are still in construction state

Room had good space with a fridge and microwave and a nice space for luggage. It was clean and we were able to get extra towels if we asked. They allowed a late checkout on our last morning as well. Breakfast each morning was excellent, made fresh on site, not prepackaged coming out of bags. Pool area was clean, wet floor could be slippery. Parking was included! The hotel itself is a little off the beaten path but it is close to main routes to go wherever needed.

Was such a great stay!

This is a great place if you want a casino night or show. The food was great and relatively inexpensive. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the pillows. The staff were all excellent.

We stayed at the fairmont hotel Macdonald twice now and absolutely love it!! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Shoutout to Paul would went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay special including a personalized card, flowers and cake! The property is beautiful and although they are doing quite a few renovations and the one restaurant is closed, you would hardly know. One downside is the pool and hot tub close very early on Sunday nights (8pm). Would be nice if it was open later for guests that want to enjoy it later.
