Room was excellent bed very comfy, loved walk in shower very clean. We stayed 2 days enjoyed the live band and pool tables as well as hot tubs. Was Very quiet hotel which we have never had this was very enjoyable! We were up for parents weekend at college well be back for sure. Less than 10 min from many restaurants and shopping

Issues started with check-in, as the staff was confused by the Expedia billing receipt I showed them. The ice machine and vending area on our floor was being renovated (this is a fairly new building, but cheaply constructed). We received a handicap room on the end corner, on the third floor. All night long we could hear everyone around us and the street noise was terrible. We each got about four hours of sleep. The handicap shower leaked all over the bathroom floor (we showered standing against the inside wall to prevent the water from flowing out of the shower - it did no good). We cancelled our second night reservation and stayed elsewhere in Frankenmuth (very expensive to change to another hotel). We won't be back to this Holiday Inn Express.

Everything was great, aside from multiple people getting stuck in the elevator at separate times. The door would not open for about 5 minutes. I’d recomend this hotel as long as I was assured the elevator was fixed.

The breakfast wasn’t very good and the coffee was awful.

Check in was great staff. Very helpful property, clean a little noisy in the morning, but otherwise okay
