N Ice beach

We were very pleased with the facility and the staff. Our room was very spacious and the swimming pools of thr hotel were amazing. Very quiet and peaceful facility. The breakfast was also amazing. Overall the hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed. Totally worth it!

This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. The pool is a nice temperature and the downstairs restaurant was very nice (atmosphere and taste) but the main restaurant was meh. I had heart issues one night and the staff at the hotel called a doctor right away and I was taken to see a doctor so I was super appreciative of that. The room is nice and the cleaning service was excellent but sometimes when you would eat out (at the main restaurant), it didn't feel entirely clean to me. I think they have a rush of diners. But everyone is very very sweet.

Place is showing signs of age. SKIP breakfast package, very unappetizing. Location is only positive. Front desk is not staffed and in adjacent hotel, no help with anything. Food staff were more interested in their phones. Budget hotel at premium prices. Swimming pool only open until 6 pm with hours to go until sunset. I would never recommend it to my worst enemy

Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly staff. Not nearly enough sunbeds for size of hotel.
