I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Teresa MGallery in Rio. This boutique hotel in the artsy Santa Teresa neighborhood, a mix of historic charm with modern luxury. The location offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. My room was stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was warm and attentive, the pool area is stunning, and the food (especially breakfast) was excellent. An oasis in Rio — highly recommended for a memorable, upscale experience!

We had high hopes for our stay at Royal Copacabana, but unfortunately ran into issue after issue. The hair dryer was broken, the toilet malfunctioned, and the shower didn’t work properly. The Ac stopped working during the night and we had to open windows. There was also only one elevator running, which meant long waits every time we wanted to head up or down. To top it off, the sauna was out of service when we tried to use it. To be fair, the staff were helpful and did their best to accommodate us, but the sheer number of maintenance problems really impacted our stay. We were hoping for a relaxing trip and instead spent a lot of time dealing with things that should have been working. Hopefully management addresses these issues
