The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink was plugged with sand our entire stay. My husband tried to clear it with draino provided by the hotel but it only ended up ruining his shirt. The sink was finally fixed on our last day. Hotel staff were very apologetic and ensured that they would talk to management to provide us with some kind of compensation but in the end we paid the full price anyway. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also closed for renovation so would have been nice if the hotel could have provided a continental breakfast.

I HATED that there were plastic/waterproof mattress pads on the bed. It caused me to sweat A LOT every night. I can guarantee you other women hate this too, but few complain. A simple solution, if you insist on using these plastic covers, is to put a second non-plastic mattress pad on top. You get to protect the mattress from potential stains and it will reduce sweating by people in the bed.

This property is awesome, the only real complaint is that we had to pay $24 for parking - seriously - this should be included in the room rate since the garage is part of the hotel and there is nowhere else to park.

The 2 Queen bedrooms had an inaccessible balcony in front of the bedroom window that was only accessible by the room next door. They had the balcony with the table and chairs in front of our bedroom window . We could not have our drapes open for the view when there were people on the balcony. This was really unacceptable. Very disappointed ❗️

Great hotel in White Rock

It was a great experience. The only thing is that if you have a larger vehicle it may not fit in underground parking and will have to park across the road in public parking.

The room is so spacious! It’s like being in your own apartment. Love the balcony, and everything is super clean. Comfortable bed, and even the extra blanket in the closet is soft and cozy! I keep coming back to this hotel for its awesome location and consistent cleanliness.
