My stay was awesome Except for one rude housekeeper. I don’t know what was bothering her. I understand that their workload can be heavy but that’s not enough reason to give a nasty attitude to a customer. That’s actually why I won’t stay there anymore. I asked for my linens to be changed after three nights. She went to the room and didn’t change it but used the same old linens to make the bed. When I addressed it, she walked away looking at me like I was crazy. I don’t blame her. Anyway, that’s that!!

Always have a good stay. We always bring our dog and they are very pet friendly and the area around the hotel is great for running your pet. Only down fall this trip was noticing other pet owners do not clean up after their dogs. We do because its respectful to the property and other people staying. This time the area around the hotel had a lot of dog feces that was not cleaned up by their neglectful owners.

Expensive for what was offered- I had to pay a pet fee to get a dirty room with carpet stains and where my allergies went haywire so I wonder about cleaning practices. Why charge a pet fee if extra cleaning isn’t being done. Continental breakfast wasn’t allergen friendly.

The water slide was fun, there isn’t much of a pool. Hot tub not very warm. Area under the sink in our bathroom not finished. Carpet stained in room. Air conditioning is noisy.
