Mostly clean and really nice for couples. Staff was very helpful, scale available in room for convenience. A lot of events taking place at the hotel, can make the elevators take longer. Cons: Breakfast had limited options and was ok. Not what we expected a 5 star hotel to be like, there were little things were weird. The bathtub was not leveled not allowing the water to drain properly. Overall not bad, would come again: 4.54 stars

Check in was a little chaotic. The weekend crowd was overwhelming. It happened the company's trip was booked on the same weekend that we booked. The three elevators were over capacity. I booked an oceanview room. The photo on Expedia showed from the room was all oceanview. However, I got the corner room, it's showed city view and partial oceanview. I called the front desk and they said it's a oceanview room. They explained that their wording of 100% oceanview is oceanfront view. This is conflicting with the photo on Expedia website. However, the front desk made a quick room change to oceanview room as is on Expedia website. I appreciated their quick response for the switch.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is most likely one of the most heartfelt reviews I’ve ever written — because the experience at Maia Resort was simply exceptional. Even though the weather during our stay was cold and rainy — which meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the private pool or spend much time on the beach — the resort still managed to create an unforgettable experience for us. We were upgraded to a stunning two-bedroom beachfront suite, and it was absolutely outstanding. The space was beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and waking up to the sound and view of the ocean every morning was pure magic. The attention to detail, comfort, and privacy made it feel like a true luxury escape. What truly made the difference, however, was the level of service. The operational manager Minh went far beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was handled perfectly. One particularly memorable moment was when he personally assisted with arranging and receiving a flowers delivery from downtown at 9pm, ensuring it reached our suite smoothly and discreetly. That level of care, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality is extremely rare. Despite the challenging weather, Maia Resort turned what could have been a disappointing stay into a warm, elegant, and deeply memorable experience. The team’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this resort apart.

Beautiful scenic view at ocean from the hill, nice infinity pool overlooking ocean, just wish the water is cooler, maybe better water rotation? Staff are very helpful especially goft cart and restaurant personnel
