checking in was difficult as main property shown on booking was not where my room was, it was next building along with entrance at side. Lady who I'd arranged checking in time with did hear me and came out to let me in correct door, but would have helped to have known this sooner. She was very polite and helpful though. Room a bit dated, but clean and bed very comfortable.

Hotel was excellent all round- staff were friendly and attentive.

Our hotel room was not worth the money. No toiletries provided. Room and bathroom was very compact and not worth the money. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient. Could have been lesser priced for the amenities.

The hotel was beautiful and so was the grounds. Terrace was a nice feature in the room. After walking around Madrid, the tub was a nice feature. Comfortable beds, helpful staff. Bus stops are easily accessible from hotel.

Everything was perfect, the 24x7 coffee amenity was really good with Decaf option. Location is walkable to most attractions.
