La procédure pour obtenir le numéro de chambre et la clé était complètement erronée. Vraiment pas acceptable.

Very clean room, very courteous staff but very noisy outside every morning with dumpsters

This is a great little hotel. We were in the apartment with four bedrooms for our family of seven and were very comfortable. The breakfast was a wonderful perk and was delicious. My only suggestions would be that the pillows were completely flat, there were no utensils or plates or anything else in the kitchenette and no mini fridge, which we were depending on and we had to throw food away because of that. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property.

Great place to stay in wengen. It is literally steps from the train station and a really convenient place.

This property was a 15 minute walk to central St. Moritz but well worth it compared to hotels in town. Absolutely spotless and the staff was wonderful and helpful. The property also had numerous restaurants right on site that had great food and lots of options. I would stay here again when traveling to St. Moritz!

Las habitaciones están en Execelente condiciones, te dan el transporte gratis y el pase para subir a las montaña. Solo tienes que pagar un depósito de 10 . Que te lo devuelven a retornar la tarjeta

We loved the complementary happy hour!!!
