Nice clean room with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The only thing that would have made it perfect was we had no view of the ocean. There was construction work going on outside our roof. Other than that it was great! Will go back in future.

The staff and the property was totally worth it with the price the location better impossible we had an amazing days we could go every places and beaches around spectacular

I had a great time there wish I would have brought my dog lol. Only thing I would have likes better was if the hotel had like beach stuff to use or even rent like.beach towels or beach chairs

Arrive and was told they were overbooked so did not have the room I booked Did not have enough beds for the number of guests we had. We were told since booked through Expedia they did not honor the specific reservation

When my wife and I first got there the staff was very nice and easy to work with ( we had a 5 day stay ). First night our room ac was not working. The next morning we told the front desk and with in an hour they had replace the non working unit with a brand new! Great job!!! The second day the elevator was broken ( we were on the third floor) made for a little inconvenience. By night the elevator was fixed. The beds were clean but terrible for comfort. The jets in the public hot tub, only half worked. The employees from Track entertainment ( next door ) were blowing the whistle continuously while they were opened ( doing there jobs I’m sure ), when on the balcony or outside it becomes annoying ( everyday ). Water pressure low ( for showers ). We love the ceiling fan above the bed! The forth night someone’s Dodge Challenger was broken into. They parked in the back. My wife and I are in between about going back, for me it’s the uncomfortable bed for her it is the security of our vehicle.

Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful the gulf view was spectacular. Highly recommended. It is perfect for family vacation

We stayed at this place multiple times before and we always loved it. However this time was but different. It is still wonderful place, but room we got this time was quite disappointing. First it was pretty regular hotel like room while in past we always stayed in suite with full kitchen, glasses corner bathtub and etc. O.K. maybe this is in on me and my own fault for not realizing they have much smaller units. Bigger problem was that unit had additional AC in bathroom which was blasting non stop and was not connected to AC control… We had to keep balcony door open and deal with mosquitos or… turn on heater … in June in Florida with temperatures in high 80s. Should’ve requested different room I guess, but was surprised that room quality can differ so much depending room you get (and time share owner, I guess). Lesson learned - pay attention to what you get and speak up if you have experience like we did
