I like how the room (215) was clean n great size for the 5 of us the room was extra cold just like we like it some tiles in bathroom where loose but only against the wall Breakfast was great for being Bagels, muffins, cereal, boiled eggs, coffee and juice I would recommend getting a extra toaster for bagels one wasn’t enough for the size of Hotel Overall I would stay here again

When my wife and I first got there the staff was very nice and easy to work with ( we had a 5 day stay ). First night our room ac was not working. The next morning we told the front desk and with in an hour they had replace the non working unit with a brand new! Great job!!! The second day the elevator was broken ( we were on the third floor) made for a little inconvenience. By night the elevator was fixed. The beds were clean but terrible for comfort. The jets in the public hot tub, only half worked. The employees from Track entertainment ( next door ) were blowing the whistle continuously while they were opened ( doing there jobs I’m sure ), when on the balcony or outside it becomes annoying ( everyday ). Water pressure low ( for showers ). We love the ceiling fan above the bed! The forth night someone’s Dodge Challenger was broken into. They parked in the back. My wife and I are in between about going back, for me it’s the uncomfortable bed for her it is the security of our vehicle.

Excellent location, lots of family friendly activities, beautiful property! Staff was not the most friendly.
