Despite friendly staff, this place has limited service to offer. No room key for the first day, we had to swap between ourselves to go out. Pool was not available and under construction and we were not notified when booking the room. No TV signal. No dog bowls despite paid pet fee. Breakfast was made from frozen and premade food + high calorie self made waffles etc. staff are all super friendly but place is not great. Should’ve stayed at Hilton’s nearby for the same price

I am getting frustrated with Hampton … everytime I stay there the people next to our room is up late talking and it literally sounds like they are sitting in my room… this annoys me because my daughter usually has a swim meet and has to be up by 5:30 am and with all this noise she can’t fall asleep and performs poorly at the meets

I didn't like the moise from a semi truck cab that was parked in the lot below my window. It started with a low siren noise every 15 min. or so, lasting for several minutes. This made it difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep, which I found stressing. The room was great, otherwise.
