Decent hotel in a convenient location, only a 3 minute walk from the train. Bathroom was really tiny with horrible water pressure. Mattress was comfortable but the sheets/blankets were scratchy. Breakfast had a really nice selection and was very tasty!

The staff was amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay however, the carpet in the rooms were old and even had hairs in certain areas. One of our rooms had a used towel from a previous guest I am assuming behind the bathtub. Food was really good too! Please update the carpets in the rooms!!!! 15 minute drive from Lugano central.
