Great stay

Check in experience was great, very friendly and well explained. The room was cosy with a generous bathroom through a secret stair. Nice and clean. Restored historical building and just next to the Cebresl market. Overall excellent

This charming hotel is located right in the heart of old town which is the most walkable part of the city filled to the brim with shops and markets and restaurants. It’s a beautiful manor-converted hotel with each room being uniquely designed. Staff are attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. Not easy to park and cars can’t be within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Old Town Valencia is nearly car-free with a couple of exceptions for avenues with taxis and buses. Its worth the walk!

Prima hotel voor een korte citytrip. Midden in het centrum. Meerdere parkeergarages op loopafstand. Net hotel, vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Ontbijt prima. Kortom fijn verblijf gehad.

Sehr schönes Gebäude und eine tolle Einrichtung. Leider ist die Dusche eine Katastrophe das Duschwasser spritzt auf und um die Toilette. Spritzschutz falsch installiert. Duschamartur sehr lose. TV zu schauen habe ich nicht hinbekommen. Sehr kompliziert einzustellen. Rettungs-und Fluchtpläne fehlten gänzlich. Parkgarage vom Hotel mitten in der belebten Fußgängerzone. Parkhäuser kosten genauso viel und befinden sich in der Nähe. Trotzdem ein tolles Hotel mit kleinen Fehlern.

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli

Kahteen kertaan huoneen vaihto, toinen huone likainen, toisessa ei wc toiminut. Hotelli hoito huonoa ja monessa pienessä asiassa jo näkyy huoltamattomuus. Vastaanotossa yhtenä yönä ei vastaanottohenkilöä ja huoneen aivaimet pystyi itse ottamaan lukitsemattomasta laatikosta. Vastaanotossa ei kaikista asioista kerrottu etukäteen vaan kaikki piti kysyä itse. Hyvä sijainti.

El hotel está muy bien situado, es su mayor virtud, el baño de nuestra habitación era muy justito, para entrar en la ducha había poco espacio y no somos personas muy voluminosas. Razoável.

Excelente localização: perto da estação de trem do Nord, de bares, restaurantes e principais atrações turísticas. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Quarto silencioso, limpo e confortável. Entretanto o café da manhã deixa a desejar: é muito simples, basicamente composto de pães e alguns frios e dois tipos de geleia; não há ovos nem frutas. Não vale à pena tomar café no hotel porque além da pouquíssima variedade de comidas o espaço é mínimo e desconfortável. O ponto negativo do hotel é justamente ser uma construção muito antiga, que acaba acarretando em problemas de espaço e infraestrutura. Não pode ser considerado quatro estrelas, apesar dos esforços de seus funcionários.

Camera spaziosa, climatizzatore in camera, frigorifero in camera con fornito una bottiglia di vino con due calici e una bottiglia d'acqua. C'è un balcone almeno nella camera dov'ero che affaccia sulla stradina interna dove c'è l'ingresso dell'hotel. Letto matrimoniale comodo. Asciugamani, lenzuola tutto pulito. Bagno con tutto l'occorrente tranne il bidè ( per chi è abituato ). L'ultima notte svegliato da una coppia che dopo esser rientrati alle 5 di mattina, poi si sono messi a fare sesso come fossero su un set con tanto di letto che sbatteva sulla parete. Tra lamentele e bussate al muro hanno continuato indifferenti... Ero tentato di andargli a bussare alla porta, ma poi poteva finire anche peggio o evitato... L'albergo non centra niente. La mattina che andavo via l'ho comunque fatto presente. Comunque hotel consigliato vista la vicinanza alla zona centrale, tra El Mercat, Plaza de la Reina, El Carmen e tutto il resto.
