The room was clean and in excellent condition, with beverages available all day in the minibar. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained.The Signature pool was fantastic, and the quality of the beverages there was excellent (Grey Goose and other premium options). The beach service for Signature guests was also very good. In general, the food throughout the resort was very good.Minor complaints:The food at the beach and pool bars was only average. However, you can always go to the beach buffet or the main resort buffet if you want something more substantial. It was difficult to get a table at the à la carte restaurants more than once. The concierge tried hard to help us, so I can’t complain about their effort, but it seemed the restaurants were not operating at full capacity — there were many empty tables every night across all shifts. Overall, it’s a great place and I would recommend it.

Close to the water. Some rooms have views. Pool was in good shape.

O quarto,a direita, fica ao lado de uma ruela aonde existem pequenos bares e self-service que abastecem as barracas da praia. Desde cedo ,os locais fazem barulho e a fala é alta ,o que incomoda bastante

The room was fine, except for no elevator. Check in process was utter confusion, they had no idea who I was and had no record our reservation. They required me to pay in order to get the price that hotels.com offered me, couldn’t use my credit card. Took 45 minutes to get checked in.

Everything was great, from the staff to amenities and beachfront view. Everything and everyone was amazing. Highly recommended.
