Valcourt Vacation Packages

Everything about this stay was FANTASTIC 😊

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this suite is NOT recommended. You can hear motorcycles and racing cars at all hours of the night. Valet is $60 per night mandatory payment required upon check in for the entire length of your stay tips not included. This is not stated in the description prior to booking. BEWARE.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Great

We stayed at Creekside for 4 nights and had a great trip! I love it that our room was right on the water. We saw jellyfish and, on our last day, a manatee swam by us. It was very cool! We took food with us. They have a large refrigerator and microwave, along with propane grills to use outside. We grilled red snapper one night..yum! There is a Publix right down the road. We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside with in the common area with lots of tables. One is covered so we sat under there when it rained. We also had a table and chairs outside our room. The room was large and stayed cool. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at Creekside!

The Marlin Hotel had hidden fees that were not advertised on hotel.com. They were revealed on site during check in. These fees were in addition to what was paid for during the initial booking. The property was relatively clean but the AC in the rooms was noisy and had an odor. As it kicked in it was a jolting sound that would wake me up. The rooms had their wear and tear. I had to request turndown service and waited for a couple of days with trash in bath room. Although the staff demonstrated a verbal effort to help they could not do much. Finally the wifi service was finicky at best. The last morning I was there it went out and disrupted a business call I was on. Everything was “okay” . Where it should have counted for a boutique hotel, the critical services were less than fair.
