Vaccarizzo Albanese Vacation Packages

The hotel was great from the food to the service. Everyone was very kind and treated us like family. They even picked us up at the train station in Paola and drove us to attractions we wanted to see! We couldn’t have asked for better service and a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on visiting this area with their loved ones.

The hotel was beautiful clean room, view to the beach was beautiful, Breakfast was good, the lovely lady name Sylvia went above and beyond, very nice! Dinner was a different experience, the staff was unapproachable, didn’t explain the menu, didn’t come back and check on us, we were charged for, bread, oil and balsamic vinegar, the tablecloth and cutlery! Food was under cooked, when we were done, they removed everything off our table before we left! Very disappointed!

Grazie mille per l’ottimo serviwio

Lovely resort and staff were really friendly and helpful. Pizzas at the bistrot were excellent

Clean room and very nice staff, but you need to be able to communicate in Italian. Convenient location for bus or train. My room was on the first floor and no loft or offer of help with the suitcase. I had not booked breakfast, but for a very reasonable 5 euros was able to have a great breakfast, no problem.

The front desk on arriving was not super friendly, probably because we had two service dogs with us. They tried to charge us for the service dogs, though that is both against Hotels.com policy and Italian law. The room was OK, large, with a nice balcony. The shower, though, had mold on the showerhead nozzles. Breakfast was OK, but limited selection, and again originally an issue with the service dogs being allowed with us into the restaurant. They want us to sit outside! Fortunately, the manager/owner intervened and our service dogs and we were seated. The private beach is across the street, but easily walkable, and the dogs had a great time running on the sand. If you do NOT have a SERVICE dog, you’ll probably be treated well (or, better than we were).
