Pretty good.

It was highly satisfactory. The lift was broken but I was offered help with my luggage. Maps of city were offered. There was a pleasant outdoor area where I had lunch. Soup was delicious. Good location. Would have liked some more anglophone channels on TV. Also a non-slip shower mat would help to avoid falls. At my conference I met a Dutch man who was able to point out his Grandfather in a procession of legal dignitaries.

I was in Utrecht for a conference and opted to stay here rather than near the train station. The hotel was great value for a contemporary, spotless room in a very lovely location. One block away from the Dom (at the back) but very quiet street and area. I walked to the bus stop daily (10 minutes) for travel to conference held at the Science Centre- very convenient and a lovely walk to start the morning. Only negative was the breakfast - expensive for what you get. There are better options nearby. Beware of ordering water at the restaurant...5,75 for "Ecotapwater" !

Solid night sleep right in the heart of Utrecht, literally steps away from the iconic Dom Tower (which does, beware, play songs on its carrillion at all hours).

There are major staff shortcomings. I was charged twice for the same stay. Very noisy. There are parties in the restaurants on the ground floor, and all this spills over into the rooms. I wanted to avoid the big chain hotels for a more local experience, but I would not recommend this hotel for a stay in beautiful Utrecht.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The strong smell of sewage as you enter the hotel is so off putting. Room air conditioning wasn't working and temperature wouldn't change from 27degrees so a very uncomfortable night.

The Court is a wonderful place to stay. The location is convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The staff is friendly and efficient. This is our 4th time staying at The Court and most likely will be back next year.
