Owners were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was excellent and very clean.

The room was very clean and well kept. Our only issue was the shower. The water did not drain properly and you end up standing in inches of water. There was a slight lip so the water stayed in the shower other wise it would have been on the other part of the floor. The staff was very friendly and the Breakfast they served was also good. This was our second time staying here. I would recommend it. It was very close to Waldameer where we spent the day.

To much noise at night walls weren't sound proof. Lots of noise an pillows weren't very good very flat no support.

Breakfast was good

This is a very dated and run down property. The toilet seat had a very large chip out of it. The three lamps in our room had a total of 2 lightbulbs with 5 sockets with no bulbs. Dirty windows and dirty mirrors rounded out the package. It felt cleaner because they had the manufactured wood floors in rooms and hallways. This made noise in the hallways noticeable. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

No phone in the room and couldn’t check in until 6:30

The room was fithy. Half of the plugs didn't work. Not enough lighting. The carport was so dirty that after a shower my feet were dirt from walking in the room. The mattress cover was dirty and old. The box spring cover was dirty and old. Front desk staff was rude. Cleaning staff and maintenance were very nice. They still use keys but because the door knob was damage i had a hard time getting into my room.Breakfast was cheap and only on Saturday and Sunday. The picture don't match the property at all. It is run down, the wifi was awful couldn't work while there. Parking is okay as long as the residents aren't using it. There are people that live there that keep there animals outside all day on chains. I paid to much for this room. I have never stayed in such a awful hotel in Erie. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! I advise no one does.
