We had a fantastic stay at Swahita! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality alone would keep us coming back. The only small suggestion I have is to improve the coffee at breakfast by adding a filter. Other than that, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying here mainly because of the exceptional staff and great location. Walkable to a lot of attractions and restaurants.

Excellent hotel enjoyable stay đź‘Ť

I gave Swahita an excellent rating because of the wonderful staff like Agus Aria and Putu. Sadly the area next to the hotel is being redeveloped so it has lost the verdant jungle backdrop it used to have, there was some noise due to the construction . However …I ignore this … because…The lovely staff who displayed exceptional service standards, cleaning was very professional and how they approach the guest room… I witnessed a very high standard shown by the way Putu did his job. The walk in from Ubud city Centre is not as pleasant due to lack of walking paths but I chose to be away from the noise so I was happy to walk further. Hope the owner will plant new trees and bamboos to cover the development site next door. Wish to visit Swahita again and stay longer. Hope the standards will be kept. Kudos for hiring the right people and training them well.

I had a fantastic stay at Swahita in Ubud. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful—exactly what I needed to rest and adjust to the time change after a long journey. The room was comfortable, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. This was the perfect place to begin my time in Bali. I’d definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice, quiet place however you can walk to restaurants and nearby attractions. Ubud place is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel. I would stay here again

Had an amazing stay here. All the staff were lovely and super helpful. They got to know my name and it made me feel really welcomed. It was a nice touch for someone who was travelling solo. The hotel is about a 10 min walk into city centre , just off a side road but it feels like you are out in nature. The terrace from my room overlooked a stream, and it was lovely having breakfast on terrace for no extra cost. They have a parking area which makes it easy to be picked up! I didn't have a chance to use pool as I was so busy but it looked inviting. The breakfast is nice although there are also loads of lovely breakfast places in Ubud. They were generous with dispensing water bottles. My only comment for improvement is that it would nice to have a water refilling station so that I could refill bottles instead and minimise plastic waste. Overall brilliant stay

Great hotel away from the busy centre of tan but walkable distance. Very nice rooms with lovely balconies looking out into the forest. Nice pool. And really lovely kind, helpful staff. Throughly recommended.

Perfect location to immerse yourself in Ubud, waking distance to markets, restaurants, temples, whatever you need or might want to explore while the rooms are located next to the jungle. Being close to the jungle was a favorite of mine, having breakfast each morning with a beautiful jungle view, butterflies, birds, dragonflies. Excellent Bali breakfast options too! I would stay here again!
